Aideen Ryan, JP McDowell and Eimear Burke of McDowell Purcell’s Professional Regulatory Unit have drawn on their knowledge and experience of professional regulatory law to co-author the first Irish legal textbook on professional regulatory law. The textbook is entitled “Disciplinary Procedures in the Statutory Professions”. The textbook considers the legislation governing statutory professional regulation in Ireland and also considers the legal principles and case law in the area.
