 We have an immediate vacancy of Legal Executive to join our thriving Commercial Property department.  This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to work in a top tier law firm who is interested in working in an innovative and progressive environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting fee earners in the administration of high volume caseloads;
  • Drafting pleadings, legal documents, letters and preparing cases for hearing;
  • Reporting to fee earners as required;
  • Liaising with stakeholders including developers, estate agents and architects by phone and email;
  • Preparation and entry of legal information into our case management system;
  • Analysing, researching and summarising legal information;
  • Filing, invoicing, archiving & general administrative support;
  • Other ad hoc activities as required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years related work experience, ideally in the Property environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case management system would be a distinct advantage.
