Barry is an associate in our Public and Regulatory Department, and has extensive experience advising public bodies. Barry has worked in the areas of property, litigation, planning, commercial agreements, compulsory acquisitions, arbitrations, judicial reviews, corporate governance and general advisory work. Barry is the published author of ‘Investigating Unregistered Title’, Bloomsbury, 2012 and is a contributing author of ‘Conveyancing’ 8th edition, Law Society of Ireland, 2016.
