Paddy is a Partner in our Commercial Property Department and a member of our Banking and Finance Team. Paddy is an experienced real estate lawyer with expertise in secured lending, acquisition and development transactions. Paddy advises banks, state bodies, investors, developers and insolvency practitioners in relation to the sale, acquisition and funding of commercial property throughout Ireland. Paddy is highly regarded by clients for devising and implementing strategies for complex projects and has acted for both banks and developers on projects ranging from small residential developments to large scale mixed use developments.

Prior to joining the firm in April 2016, Paddy was a member of the legal department of the National Asset Management Agency where he was successful in managing the remediation of a number of complex titles for NAMA and delivering a high volume of multi-unit sales to various local authorities and housing associations.
